Description
We invite everyone to participate in this Community Forum session to share experiences related to Alzheimer's disease as an LGBTQ+ individual or ally, and to explore how the Association can effectively support the LGBTQ+ community.
Our goal is to encourage open discussions that will help us collect valuable insights necessary for improving support and resources.
Your contributions will be crucial in identifying and addressing the current gaps in assistance for the community.
Out for Health, a division of Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, will be joining us to share the programs and services they offer.
